Manor's class
Mrs. Manor's class learning about energy and researching alternative energy sources (ie. Solar wind, bio, nuclear) The outside activity was showing the population trends over the past 500 years and how we are growing at an exponential rate. Each student represents 250 million people. Hunger Games Math

Mr. Wieland, one of our amazing 7th grade math teachers, hosted the Math Hunger Games, an event that encouraged students to challenge themselves and show off their math abilities. The Games started with the math class reaping, participants had to complete difficult math problems each week, and students with the most correct answers moved on to the next week's challenge.  The twelve week challenge ended with a team wide ceremony to announce the winner.  Thank you, Mr. Wieland, for making math so exciting!!
