End-of-Grade Testing is quickly approaching, and TMS is already looking for assistance. If you can assist by proctoring any day or multiple days, please call TMS at 270-2612 and contact Briana Shank or Brittany Emery. More than 50 people are needed each testing day, the days of testing are as follows:

Solo and Ensemble Music Performance
Four groups of band students from TMS performed at the N.C. Bandmaster's Association Eastern District Solo and Ensemble Music Performance Adjudication on Saturday, May 11 at ECU.
Three of the groups earned the rating of "Superior." This is the highest rating given by the Bandmaster's Association for performances. They were: Christa Parrish and Taylor Prall; Meredith Tobin and Michael Cooper: and Tyler Fussell, Zachary Smithley, Michael Tobin and Austin LaPiana.
Alex Greene, Katherine Bennett and Kate Flowers earned a rating of "Excellent" which is the second highest rating given.
Volleyball Wins County Championship
The girls beat Cape Fear Middle School for the Tournament win and Burgaw Middle School for the Championship. The team ended the season undefeated.
Science Olympiad Winners

Christa Parrish and Kate Flowers finished 7th out of 43 teams in the State Science Olympiad competition in the category of Crime Busters.
